Steve Ceroni has been in the construction industry since 1980. He is licensed in the State of Illinois as a Master Plumber/Designer. He also is State Licensed for UST/AST tank installations with International Code Council certification. A member of Local #23 Plumbers and Pipe fitters, he served on the National Plumbing Bureau Labor Estimating Manual development committee in 1984. Today this is the national labor standard for many companies. He has an Advanced Piping Estimating certification from Alexandria, Va. 1985 and certification from the University of Texas, including MCAA Construction Management in 1987-1989, Construction Law Studies in 1990 and Isometric power plant piping design 1991. He currently serves as an officer on the Board of the Piping Industry Counsel of the Rockford Area (PICRA).
Marilyn White

Marilyn White, CFO of Ceroni Piping and Ceroni Construction Management received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Her role includes contract administration and development/implementation of accounting practices in all areas of construction at Ceroni.
Darrell DiGiovanni

Darrell DiGiovanni is the central Senior Project Manager and Labor Organizer for all of the Ceroni Piping, Service and Construction Management firms. He is a member of Local #23 as a Pipe fitter with over 5 years in the nuclear industry and 10 years as a national pipe liner. Darrell’s vast field experience, allows him to fit each project with the most qualified tradesmen in the industry.
Located in Belvidere, Illinois, Ceroni started in 1998 and has grown to a staff of over 50 people in the construction management staff and field skilled tradesmen. Worldwide competitiveness is forcing companies to come up with more efficient construction methods. Process Power Piping, Plumbing and Fabrication is a need we fill for food manufacturers, utility companies, automotive industry, defense contractors and other industrial and commercial customers.
Joe Kinney

Joe Kinney has been working in the construction industry for the past 10 years. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Berea College. Upon receiving his degree he began working as an Estimator and Project Manager in the piping industry. He has a broad range of project experience in the Construction Industry, with a primary focus in the industrial food processing and manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include Sales, Estimating, and Management of Construction projects of various scope and nature.

Tex Shockey has 30+ years working experience in a variety of capacities throughout the Industrial Piping Industry. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Design at Purdue University. He is a member of UA Local #23 Plumbers and Pipe fitters; he currently serves as a Trustee on the Northern Illinois Piping Industry Council Board.
Josh Wendell is a Project Manager and Estimator for Ceroni Piping. He studied computer aided design at ITT Technical Institute. These skills make him invaluable on our cad design system and as an estimator. He also has experience as an IT person of a manufacturing company.
The scope of our work is ever changing and now includes construction management services. Ceroni is fast becoming recognized as a leader in these industries. Our customer base ranges from medium size local companies to fortune 500 companies as far away as Ohio. We are proactive in finding solutions for our clients that best achieve their goals in a safe and cost effective matter.
